Business meetings that take place online are increasingly common. Most people wanting to put together an online conference use a paid service like WebEx. But we tried out, a new free service from LogMeIn and were well pleased with it.

Go to the website and click to share your computer screen or join a meeting. Clicking on the “share” button creates a link to a website with a unique number, like You can send that link to the people you wish to talk with and anyone who clicks on it can join the meeting. No one has to register or sign forms. They also have a pro version if you want to create a permanent website address for meetings. This costs $29 a month.
