MAKE MY TRIP GOES PUBLIC

A new travel site from India, MakeMyTrip.com, rose 89 percent on its first day of trading as a public stock. The site specializes in holidays in India, though it will also book flights anywhere.  Right now  it looks like they’re offering free tickets to travel in India for those who book Indian flights on their site. A “classic tour of Europe,” for 14 days, is $2800.
