• In Windows Explorer, hold down the “Alt” key and tap “P” to see a list of your files and a peak at the file’s contents. To find Windows Explorer, click the tiny picture of a folder at the bottom of your screen.
  • “HomeGroup” in Windows 7 makes it easier to share music, files, and printers between Windows 7 computers. HomeGroup is in the Control Panel; bring up the Control Panel from the “start” button. Click “help and support” from in the start menu for more help.
  • You can look at photos or videos or listen to music from your home computer no matter where you are, as long as the other computer you’re using also has Windows 7 and you are allowed to associate it with your Windows Live ID. If you don’t have Windows 7, go to for a free version of a program that does the same thing.
