goodsyncYou can find a lot of portable applications at The latest one we tried out is the portable version of GoodSync2Go,  a free program which keeps documents, videos, music and photos, in sync on multiple computers.

Install GoodSync2Go on a flash drive  and choose which folders or files you want to synchronize. Then plug the drive into another computer and it will bring everything over.

An alternative is DropBox, from It syncs files between Windows, Mac, and Linux computers, as well as  iPhone and iPads and has four million users. More info here.
