Stockpile.com lets you buy shares in a company such as Apple or Facebook as a Christmas gift. A share of Apple is around $120, so if you only have $60 to spend, that’s half a share. You can buy the virtual version online or a physical gift card at various stores, such as Kmart and Office Max. The recipient can trade it in for a retailer’s gift card, if they don’t want the stock.
