Padmapper is the best apartment hunting site we’ve seen. You give it a city, a rent range, number of bedrooms and baths, and they put pins on a map. Clicking on a pin gives you full details about the apartment or house rental, including how much cheaper or more expensive it is compared to others nearby. It even gives you a “walking score,” letting you know what restaurants and shops are nearby.

GiveAShare.com lets you give one share of a stock in a framed certificate, with all the perks of going to shareholder meetings, receiving annual reports and dividends. The new Facebook share is signed by Mark Zuckerberg. We think it’s a neat graduation gift for young people interested in the stock market. They also have Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway, Coca Cola, Disney and lots of other single company shares.
