You may have noticed that Facebook lists your most frequently contacted friends at the top of your list. That means there are hundreds of posts you don’t see, and friends you think you never hear from. But they’re still out there and they’re recommending stuff you never thought about.

Summify is a new web site that brings you links to the top three news stories posted by your Facebook, Twitter and Google Reader contacts. It’s a one-page summary and can come in daily or whatever schedule you choose.

In our Summify report we saw a hilarious YouTube royal wedding video (created as an ad by T-Mobile) and a report from “60 Minutes” on multi-billionaire Paul Allen complaining about being unappreciated. They were all posts we wouldn’t have normally seen. At the end of the summary page, there’s a message that says “That’s it.” (What? You wanted applause?)
