Windows 7 users may have noticed a tiny picture of a folder in the lower left hand corner of their taskbar. Right-click it and you’ll gain access to the folders you use most often.- You can remove all the hyperlinks from any paragraphs you paste into Word by holding down the Control and Shift keys and then pressing F9.
