PBS.org recently added new science and technology sections. Click “Explore Topics” at the top of the screen. We read about deaf dolphins, an ancient volcano and a newly formed black hole. (The largest volcano in the world is Yellowstone National Park. Like Old Faithful, it erupts regularly, in this case around every 60,000 years. How long has it been since the last eruption? Well, around 60,000 years.)
