WEAR YOUR OWN JEWELRY CREATIONS

Our dentist calls the Nintendo DS machine the “no friendo” because kids find it so totally absorbing. But we just tried a DS game that’s social. It’s called “Style Lab: Jewelry Design.” If your Nintendo has a Wi-Fi connection, you can invite friends to trade virtual jewelry with you. After you design your stuff, you can order it if you wish.
The jewelry game is from Ubisoft. Joy also liked another one of their titles: “Imagine: Artist.” It teaches you drawing and painting through mini-games. Bob thought it was utterly stupid. (He needs to keep up his curmudgeon reputation.)
