1. According to the University of Southern California, the number of women going online surpassed the number of men for the first time in the six years the university has been doing its research surveys. 

2. Meanwhile, back at Internet research firm comScore: 123 million people in the United States, which is 70 percent of the total Internet audience, viewed 7.2 billion videos online last January. We particularly liked George Carlin’s monologue on modern jargon. Yep, we’re guilty of video-watching too. But not as guilty as the average village videot, who viewed two a day, day after day.
